Had an interesting problem described to me at work. Problems with modeling a Supply Chain ( as I work with ASCP, Oracle ER suite) for a company (Suguna) dealing with Chicken and poultry products. We normally deal with Items and Demands and Supplies and terms like itemsets and forecasts and coproducts etc.
